Icloud Backup (Incomplete)

Guys , try using icloud to backup my iphone and the size is about 2GB ONLY !
i do select to choose those stuffs which i wish to backup ...so total size is about less then 2GB

It took about 13 hour to back ..so nevermind i wait and leave it to backup
when it reach about 1 minutes ..IT FOREVER STUCK on 1 MINS REMAINING ..AND I WAIT AND WAIT ....

but it still shown backup incomplete ...may i know what go wrong ?

i am using wifi to backup

13hrs? that's sounds unusually long for about 2gb of data. perhaps something wrong with yr wifi?

Sign in and out of your iCloud account and try again.
It shouldn't take that long...
