iCloud server issue today?

Tried to back up on iCloud 3 times today but failed; 1st time encountered such a problem. Anyone else couldn't back-up on iCloud today? Is it an iCloud server problem?

no problem, auto backup @ 10.35pm

Now it's OK but earlier today there were issues. I worked from home today so tried backing up at 4, 6 & 8pm: all unsuccessful with message saying iCloud backup failed.
