Just wondering anyone here really did subscribe to iCloud additional storage? I am considering it now...
Yup 5 gig storage now is very little. Esp when I have my iPad and iphone backup to iCloud. It's barely enuff. What's more when I m backing up WhatsApp with pics and video inside.
I m still considering to subscribe to the plans.
Btw any one encountered any issue with their service before? How was it like?
If I take 50 gig plan, that means I getting 55 gig in total (include free 5 gig) right??
Been using it for a while. I signed up back when they had annual plans and was paying for a 15gb storage. For only a couple dollars more and paid per month now, I'm on the 50gb plan. I also bought a separate subscription for my fiance, and one for my parents as well. For the small price to pay each year, it ensures that all devices are regularly backed up as we have quite a few iOS devices which benefit from this. I even pay for the iCloud Match too for my music as it's so helpful having access to playlists/music on all devices at all times (even though I also have Spotify Premium).
You very fierce lehNope, it's a total of 50GB (inclusive of the free 5GB)

Hmmm I feel abit cheated of 5 gig
Can share the plan with family with different iCloud account? Like family sharing..

Now still have 42 gig available after backing up ipad n iphone.
Thought of backup photos, but it will delete those photos not taken by iphone which I sync from laptop
What else can I put in iCloud?
Some of the apps's data. You can take a look at the icloud settings.
