ICPAS PE inquiry

my friend tells me that the PE candidates will be required to complete the PE examinations by 31st December 2015 and complete the ICPAS PAC and relevant work experience by 31st December 2018 in order to qualify for the “Chartered Accountant of Singapore” professional designation. But what if i completed the PE examinations after 31st December 2015, which means i may not be qualified for the "Chartered Accountant of Singapore"?

If you are unable to fulfill the conditions under this arrangements, you will no longer be eligible under the old regime.

The new scheme is to take the Singapore QP.

Im taking the ICPAS PE with exemptions so should be done by 2015 latest
