ICT and Ops Manning are separate fulfilments. So to answer your question yes it is perfectly normal to get called for both in the same year.

On top of that, depending on whether you do actually get called back during each OPs manning period, you may get MINDEFs notification 2 to 3 times a year.

On an entirely different note but just FYI, ICT is according to army work year which is April to April. So if you happen to be lucky to get one say around march, there is a possibility to go back for another in that calendar year making it seem like twice a year. Which I experienced before.

Or if you are lucky like me this year, you will have your ops manning period to go almost concurrently with your ICT as well.
