2nd question - for self employed people who do make up pay, mindef do not pay u in full based on your declared average income?

eg, u declare $150 daily, they pay u only $100 only?

for men, u are liable till 40 and inclusive or once u reach 40, u are safe?

or should i say u reach 41 years old, u are considered MR?

can they still call me for ict after 2nd dec 2014 till my 41st birthday on 1st dec 2015?

40 means they cannot call you up anymore. similar to MR, but not exactly. they go by your birthday.
