  • Tsukiji Fish Market
Day 5: Yokohama
Check in to Hotel Sunroute Shinjuku
  • Yokohama: Cup Noodles Musem
  • Yokohama - the cock fair
  • Yokohama: Chinatown

how come u changing hotel from Ginza to Shinjuku?
actually it is very convenient to get around Tokyo, regardless whether u are staying in Ginza or Shinjuku. it is at most 30min from one point to another.

u can of course group ur itinerary according to the places that are near to each hotel. look up japan-guide as suggested by Illusionist_85.

also, Ginza is on the metro line, so it will be convenient to visit other places that are also on the metro line so u dun have to change train, e.g. asakusa, roppongi.
for Shinjuku, it is easy to get to JR stations that are on the JR Yamanote line and JR Chuo line. e.g. harajuku, ikebukuro

Just go through the list and decide yourself if those interest you or not. Its really a personal choice and preference. And the benefit of doing FnE.
