Can only install in Windows 7 with SP1, Windows 8 is no go while Windows 8.1 comes with IE11.

Lucky you only 1 client, I got plenty of calls in the past few days.
Btw I think the Compatibility View Settings can solved most of the websites
problem. Only those encounter home page will hang when open IE11 I will
uninstall and revert them back to IE9.
