Able to talk is one thing. All his heavyweights from the last election left SDP. Reflects poorly on everyone. I am observing to see whether history will repeat itself. The problem is when you get strong members they may have different ideas. You get overly compliant members it becomes a one-man show. They need to get a strong team where everyone shares a coherent vision and idea. Leadership is the key here.
