If everyday i jiak 4 pieces of bread will lose weight?

Im losing weight too
From 94, now around 86

So what i do is i eat at 1200hrs and 1600hrs only
Can eat anything, but rice, mee bread etc. No carbs. Drink teh o is teh o kosong

No need to eat. Take health supplements will do. They provide you with all the necessary vitamins and minerals your body needs

Of all the things in the world to eat to lose weight , you choose 4 pieces of bread.

Your problem isnt just weight. It’s the whole concept of not caring for what your body needs to function properly.

Losing weight is not just about restricting your food intake lei. It's eating nutrient-dense food so you won't eat more than your body can burn.

Somehow I think TS chooses Set A over just cooking a low carb meal is due to convenience.

but must careful the salad dressing. some are full of calories.

If you are limiting yourself to one or two meals daily and your weight remains unchanged instead of declining, it would be wise to undergo prediabetes screening.

1 cup rolled whole oats ....
1 cup greek yoghurt
1 egg
1 apple
12 cashew/macadamia nuts

Use the above to replace either ur lunch or dinner .... then the other meal just eat normal .....

U will lose weight

If feel hungry or mouth itchy, munch on 8 nuts in between meals or 75% cocoa dark chocolate 1 cube ....

If reducing meals from three to two or relying on intermittent fasting is necessary just to maintain your weight, it may indicate underlying metabolic dysfunction. The weight loss merely masks the deeper issue.
