but must careful the salad dressing. some are full of calories.bread is super high in calories.
1 footlong subway is almost 1 full day worth of calories
1prata is 1 bowl of rice or 1 serve of mee
Go for lean meat and salad.
this one also. Have to choose wisely, now i try to go for the vinaigrette types....lesser caloriesbut must careful the salad dressing. some are full of calories.
