If go private SIM for Computer Sci good?

Anyone studied computer science at SIM here? There are so many degree under computer science sia. 4 years if go local. But are the module good? anyone got feedbacks or advice ?

if you are able to stay in front of computer hitting keyboards 12 hr per day for next 40 years, then sure it is not a problem for you.

I don't remember I did that for the last 10yrs and I doubt I will be doing that for the next 30 yrs.

However TS, try NUS and NTU if you want more leverage on what the institutes can offer and connect you to.

because nus paper difficulty is very theory and tough in math calculation, it prepares student for research and phd, as the school vision stats on its website. ntu is better as it prepare student to work practically and entrepreneur in future.

U took both ntu and nus paper b4?
Other top uni also very math and theory intensive doesn't mean these ppl cannot excel in the industry.
Phd holder don't always end up doing research.
Entrepreneurship is not something uni can really prepare one for.

Anyway a good majority of students from nus end up working in the industry. Comp sci is always changing, impt is know the basics and apply. What is taught in yr 1 or 2 maybe obsolete by the time one grads. How to really prepare and equip with the skills industry needs?
