if i got tablet shall i buy kindle?

I got tab A liao. does it make sense to buy a kindle? i never own one before.

Difference is these readers is more comfortable for the eye. I have the Kobo libra 2. Kindle from what i know is similar. Can even borrow ebooks from NLB free and read on it.

just buy during Black Friday from amazon. if they refresh will always buy during this period

NLB does not support Kindle actually. ;) Their books are ePub, and there are no apps you can install on the Kindle unless you use the Android based Fire series.

But if you get the Fire, it's just any other Android Tablet - so I'll advise TS to just stick to the Galaxy Tab if it works for him.

TS, fyi :o I took pic of mine and signed on to overdrive which is using nlb’s account. So can borrow all those books inside foc.

for reading, e-reader using e-ink displays like kindle are much better than tablets. battery last longer, read more like paper, lighter to hold

I have both, one for reading and one for random stuff.

Kinde is old model. Unsupported ebooks can be converted so no issue.

Android is tab a I think. I use Android over iOS because I can do downloads and transfer them if I see something I like while not on the pc.

it depends if u are a heavy reader or just samseng

if heavy reader can buy kindle

There are programs to convert ePub to kindle mobi format
