I always lie one. Say xx in the job description is my pet topic. Actually I have no clue wth is that. I just wayang until damn serious. my wayang skills is on par with Andy Lau.

The answer is always some kind of learning relevant to the organization. For my current job, the stability was also a plus point that happened to be what they looking for due to high turnover.
