Does anyone use ifast? Recently, I signed up an account to buy unit trust. My wrap fees is 3% for first state bridge.

Isit too high and I also heard the portal has some platform fees. Can anyone share their experience

May I know who recommended you to sign up for wrap account?

If I was a iFast shareholder, I would say that this is very good, please carry on. :D

Otherwise, how about poems?

Between poems and Fundsupermart, I would go for the former. Purely because there's no platform fee and sales charge flat at 0.75%

Wrap fee is quoted by your servicing agent. Depending on how much you are investing under his management.

3% will be rather high if you are talking abt < $50k funds.

You means initial sale charge or wrap fee? I never heard of wrap fee at 3%.

Sales charge for fsm is 0.35% for equity funds and all others at 0%. Many funds under the RSP Special list starts from 0% and starts from $100.

I use both POEMS and FSM, only tried poems in the last one year since they are competing and had some offers and man the poems interface sucks... i cannot even find my holdings and funds. I ended up buying stocks instead of funds at POEMS.

Personal view between the two is quality and service. You be the judge

@blurpandasg2014, i think you are charged the wrap fee because you have an adviser helping you.
If you dont want to pay that amount, you can consider the DIY channel to reduce your cost but that's provided you can manage your own money

with the wrap fee, he will not be charged on fund switches. If he chose the non-wrap option then he will have to pay for fund switch charges.

Wrap account is better for those who like to switch between asset class or funds as the market moves.
