old k71sg model or the new k72? For me my K71sg screen warranty only 2 years. So far mine 2 years + without any problems so touch wood.

Mine is the new k72..

depends ur usage bah hahah, mine is mostly use by my grandmother and she on youtube like consistantly for 14hours everyday so its pretty heavy usage

Same here. Heavy usage as shared with brother for gaming and movie watching. I think the old k71sg is more reliable at least from comments l saw so far.

after 1 month+, they decided to send a loan set probably in anticipation of long repair

well at least now i finally have a tv to use lol

hope i dont have to experience this again with my tv after its done repairing

My iFFalcon tv K71 also has no visual but sound after 1 1/2 year. Tried to contact the seller, Smart Tech and they asked me to contact TCL and subsequently TCL asked me to whatapps 84114046 but no response fr them yet even though they hv read my message. Plan to go to their office which is the same as Smart Tech which house several companies like Soon Yong Trading and iFfalcon.

My 32' TV 32F65A just have the black screen issue after 22 months. Probably led backlight kaput as still have sound and did the flash light test and can see faint image. Tried to contact them to ask about repair. Only 1 reply on FB messenger asking for my phone number and nothing after that. Its like giving my phone number to scammer who ignore you after they got your money/number. Tried 84114046 and 98650039, all cannot work. I think they have zero customer support. So gave up trying to reach them...

Today just took the TV apart to check on the model of LED backlight and order replacement from aliexpress for $19.XX The LED model is 4C-LB3213 for anyone interested who wish to try to replace it themselve. Hopeful, can get it fix for cheap and last me a few more years.

*17 Apr - Got the replacement LED today, fix it up and wah-la, it's alive. $20 bucks well spent.

Wow mine still ok after 2years plus. But screen only 2 yrs warranty so I might have to look out for deals. Since the CS now like non existent and if screen problem I might as well buy a new one.

Hi, thanks "ALPHAU" for replying. I actually called iffalcon, and they CONFIRMED that the 3 Years FULL ONSITE Warranty FULLY COVER PARTS + LABOUR + PANEL, for ALL 3 YEARS. (and so thats good)

Lazada had a promotion on 7.7 and the K72 PRO $1169 (65 inch) was on sale, and so i used all the vouchers and bought it at $887.

I will be getting it on Wed, and i'll update it here if whether its GOOD or NOT.

Previously, i bought a PHILIPS 65inch in 2015, and HALF the screen went DARK 2 YEARS later (Philips 3 Year Warranty covered it in full). Then in 2019, i bought ANOTHER PHILIPS 65inch, and guess what 3 Years later, the BOTTOM SCREEN went DARK + FLICKERING in 2022 (now no more warranty). And so BRANDED tvs don't last also... and so as long as there is 3 YEARS FULL WARRANTY (one could try the brand). I actually wanted to get a MI TV 65 (but it only had 1 YEAR LOCAL WARRANTY... tvs always have problem in the 2nd-3rd year). And so buying a tv with just 1 year warranty is too risky. Thats why i went for IFFALCON 65inch.

Hi ALPHAU/d28kali and all the Iffalcon buyer, if you bought the TV with screen on Lazada or Shoppee showing 3 years full warranty, you still have to check the back of the delivery note that ask you to sign during delivery. The paper behind stated the warranty condition that are different from the advertised message. Can you check your paper and update here. I have a reported to CASE and Iffalcon insist they follow the condition in that paper.

Hi guys im back for a half a year update.

MY TV is still not back
The loan tv they provided is having issue already
they ask me to accept refurbish and when i relent, they now tell me they dont have a refurbish set on hand?
wtf kind of support am i getting man.

Now they ask if they could take back the loan tv or swap with another loan set.

WTF man. its been HALF A YEAR, fire all their technicians and hire new ones lah, 6 months cannot even fix a tv

Starting to think they fix my tv and sell to other people already thats why theres not even a refurbish set on hand.

iffalcon Shopee account shows its banned. The website of Smarttechsg which is the one mainly selling in carousell also no longer working. The whatsapp number 84114046 also stopped responding, I was still able to contact them last July 4 2024 to replace my 55" K72, though they give me refurbished.

Game over la. Strangely this brand is owned by TCL? Not sure what their leadership is thinking. If TCL is no1 (machiam like Apple), then perhaps can introduce IFU tv la. Both are cui bottom tier brands, then ownself whack ownself
