Imac 21" distorted screen

Hi bros/sis, my imac is around 5yrs old. Today while I was using it. It suddenly turned into distorted screen or dead pixels. I tried to reboot, it still shows distortion then stuck at the Blue screen. I suspect it should be video card spoilt. Any advise where to repair n hw much does it costs? Thanks in advance
