Sorry if I post it in the wrong place, but I require some help for this.
So I got this new computer( ASUS G11) with a pretty good specs. Everything was fine until today( new computer,initial one have problems and exchanged for a new one on Monday. Windows is updated) when my YouTube video start to have problems(1st second of video( didn't manage to take a clear video as the problem didn't happen after that, but it happen a few times.)

Anyone know what is the cause and any solution?

GPU problem. You can try updating the drivers to see if the problem goes away although I think it is more likely hardware-related.

try updating your nvidia drivers

Either way, here are the fixes listed in the release notes for Windows 10:

-Install the Display Container via co-installer.
-Corruption in YouTube video playback when two or more videos are playing at the same time.
-Clean up the escape calls that use physical addresses.
-Install the Display Container via co-installer.
-NV-ESC-ID_NVAPI_REPORT_WFD_HOTPLUG and NV_ESC_ID_NVAPI_ENUM_DISPLAYIDS_EX don't validate the size of input, causing a -KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE.
-Clean up the escape calls that use physical addresses.
-CNVL_ESC_ID_COMMON_REGISTRY_ACCESS escalates user privileges when the registry is accessed.
