For SingTel, its quite fast. On/Off 1 time is being charged as $0.18 hor, iirc.

Same as FaceTime per activation on/off - 1 time $0.18. It's being billed as foreign sms or something.

I always get charged whenever I change my simcard to a new iDevice, annually-whenever a new iteration of iPhone is out.

Btw I tried full content restore n still stuck

iPhone 5 or 5s bro? Have you tried turning on wifi instead. Sometimes I experience slow activation too, but if I use wifi network, it may be faster to activate iMessage, than cellular network trying to spin round and round and still not activated.

Yah, there was a time when I was confused with these weird couple of "sms charges" on my handphone bill.

Will still get charged even when the activation occurs while I'm connected to WLAN, is it?
