Imessage very lag

My iMessage suddenly become very lag when typing. I tried normal SMS don have this issue.
This iMessage issue come with contact name was gone for no reason.
I just toggle my iCloud and no fix for this.

Restart phone also no use.

iMessage still lag and contact still gone. Contact gone is not a big issue. Problem now is iMessage too lag to type.

No updates before this.
Anyone has any solution?

Update to iOS 10.2 and see whether it will still lag.
