impromptu trip

Hi guys,

I'm going for an impromptu trip alone to tw tmr!

My first solo travel and first time to tw. I don't really have an itineary. I sort of have an idea of where I wanna go. (lol am going to take it easy and plan there)

Anyway can I check how's the weather in taipei?

Is shorts/dresses fine? Will it be too hot or too cold?

I'm thinking of what clothes to pack.

Not too sure what to expect from tw. But I am excited!

It's raining and hot now. So bring an umbrella too.

For short trip, Taipei and surrounding can take up all your time. danshui, yangmingshan, keelung, maokong, jiufen, jinguashi, pingxi line, night markets, etc... so many things to do and places to visit, not to mention buildings like gugong, cks memorial hall, taipei city hall, taipei 101...

Now at taipei, weather is between 25 to 30 degree. so far so good
Most people would stay xmd area, maybe more things to eat and shop ...
Can spend one day go keelung, jiufen, shifen, jinguangshi ...
Another day morning can spend on xinbeitou and dan shuei...
If you going wufengpu, raohe area, can go to taipei 101, eslite bookstore ...

yangmingshan is also good to visit if you like nature, but dunno if now is suitable as it is raining hard.
