1) Please do refer to clause 6.2 of ToS and the post I made in the thread.

2) I did not post any pornography related link.

3) Neither did I quote a pornography link. There wasn't a link to begin with. Please give me proof of a proper link before you infract me for quoting a pornographic link.

4) I quoted the abovementioned post so as to reply to the user (foosoomin). There was no intention to distribute any pornographic link because I doubted the authenticity of the video (please do refer to my reply in the quote), hence I never access the content. How could I share pornographic link without even knowing what is the content at the said website.

5) Please revert the improper infraction.

Dear EDMWers,

If there is a post that you feel needs to be reported, then just report it and be done with it. Stop quoting the post.

Especially for pornographic posts or screamer videos. Do not quote those posts or you are also considered as re-posting those. Which means you are also making an offence.

Reports of those posts is enough should we need to keep records. There isn't any need for members to quote and keep.

Henceforth, those who quote pornographic pictures may be liable to receive infractions. Don't say you have not been warned.

My argument is on the basis that I did not quote a pornographic post.

- There wasn't a proper link directing users to a porn website.
- There wasn't a porn video.
- Neither have I quote any pornographic pictures.
- So, how does that count as breaching hwz rules?

Petpet's reasoning is that even though the post you may not have direct pornographic content, there are links which provide access to such content or directions to attaining them.

But I can see your reasoning as well. I'll recommend a reduction to a warning, which carries no points. Even though there was no intent on your part, the actions still warrant a warning. If the admins see fit to remove, then good for you. It's all up to the admins' discretion.

We'll let you know of the admins' decision as soon as it's made.
