Hi, recently i experienced problems in logging into the portal through my laptop. I have tried through different browser like chrome and firefox and the page was half-loaded. Strangely, my phone can logged in with no problems. Does any1 experienced this problem before?

Connected via the VPN? Tried edge browser? I read someone managed to connect via edge when they were having problems using chrome.
