sounds like TS is the user of some IT system. IT choose
"a quiet period" (Xmas?) to deploy, so needs to test.
if swee swee, ok. if not swee, IT will do a rollback, then
still need to test if rollback swee or not?

why bo stage area meh? ideal is...
deploy in stage, run automate test,
rollback stage, run automate test.

both pass then roll into production, automate test, human test.
bcos deploy/rollback scripts can also fail... now thats a full
screw up, then users got to wait for them to fix it, which i hope
not the case.
