There are currently 3 blue chip stock that SGX had brought to our shores and they are

1. Telkomsel
2. BCA Bank
3. Indofood

28 Jan 2028 had been a bad day for IDX with a dip of 7 percent..

Today BCA bank continues to dip.

Will you all risk it to enter this "emerging market" or which MSCI going to drop it to the frontier market.

If MSCI dropped it to frontier market, we can see more foreign institutions leaving the Indonesia market up to 3 billion USD.
----------
Myself personally had bought 1500 shares when BCA is 1.18
Today again another 1500 shares when it is at 1.05..

Any further drops ?

I adding cos DBS and HSBC too expensive
Me too adding some. .
But don't know how much to add till ..
I like BCA bank as I have venture in Indonesia

I can see how they work and have a whole young workforce.
Their internet banking is also one of the best with ease to use and clear interface.

I had BNI too it is horrible and I went to the teller , they have staff sleeping there.

Bca staff are too busy with their customers

That video explain why indo rupee devalue so much lately.
Yes because msci wants to drop the market rating from emerging to frontier

This will result to a lot of foreign fund to exit Indonesia market.

The result will be out on may to see if Indonesia can increase the floats to 15 percent.

If the stock plummet in IDX, will end up getting the SDR delisted in SGX or not?

I think there's difference between getting delisted from SGX and from IDX? The SDR listed on SGX is just a derivative, a proxy, to the actual shares listed on IDX. If for some reason SGX feels like it's not worth listing the SDR, or if the DR bank / agent decides to no longer offer this product on SGX, there's a possibility of the SDR being delisted from SGX? In that case, it's likely that you'll then be left holding actual shares of that company listed on the IDX, then whether / how you trade depends on the broker you hold it with.

Agree and btw SDR seem to be brought in by Phillips Securities exclusively so far. They even have SDR share builder plan and if your account type is Cash Management there are no minimum commission charged so is for ETF. Been using poems to accumulate sdr and etf this way.
