Don't seem to find a property forum or thread here.

Currently looking into investing in industrial properties especially B1 units.

Have shortlisted a few units that fit my criteria.

I understand it's down trend now, just want to ask where do you guys usually track the industrial property price trend in general and specific districts?

And which are the institutions that offer the more attractive property loan now?

Hard to gauge rental return. Some undesirable area super hard to rent out.
