Hi let’s say if both you and your spouse are working, and you have a helper at home, would you let the helper look after the 8month baby or send the baby to infant care so that the helper can do housework chores , cook etc and also take some rest in the day as we would like her to take care of the baby during night too.

Both me and my spouse work long hours, so would be better if the helper can look after at night. Got another primary 1 kid as well do helper also need to cook for him.

I think you should consider getting one nanny for your baby, because right I think one person take care child and one person take care house is better le, because the helper do housework then means she dirty then after awhile touch your kid, so I think it is better to have one of each.

But the best choice is still grandparents take care.
