I bought a hp laptop at the show from Harvey Norman. No windows sticker as well so I guess it's normal. Important thing is to check for the plastic seal. There should be a hp logo which is intact until you break it when opening the laptop for the first time.

I have recently bought from them and noticed that my HP laptop the warranty had already been registered since last year by don’t know who. Thus the warranty for my new HP laptop is only 5 months for now. Anybody having the same issue? Laptop was sealed by HP sticker when handled over to me. It is possible that the warranty started from the date it rolled out from manufacturing plant based on assumption. Anybody met with the same issue?

Not sure if this is the usual practice but it sounds very unfair to the consumer. It could also be return laptop from previous buyer bah.

Mine also. When I register Asus, the date of manufacturing is Jan 2019 stated on the Asus web.
So I only cover until Jan 2020.

Not sure about HP, but for Lenovo warranty is always preregistered. To extend the warranty, you need to email them the purchase receipt.

Now w free upgrade to 512Gb SSD and 16GB Ram. $999 only!
Too good to be true, but I am so tempted to try my luck w this shop. Greed again.

Dunno how to remove any referral link so please do not buy w this link. Search ur own.

I also bought a laptop from here, has problem since the first day. I wonder how many people are victims of this, probably we can come together and file them.
