I usually buy 250g pack. Buy 2 at 1 go so won't have to rush to finish them. I keep my opened bean in a fellow zero (I think that's how it's called). Tedious though. Every time take bean have to twist twist twist.
sometimes beans not sold in packs of 250g and only 1kg so need to think of ways to store it

Same, for me also always purchase 1kg, take about a month to finish.
I tried storing 200G in ziplock bag and into a airtight container..

after a month, find too troublesome, just hoot 1KG airtight container.. All pour in.. daily open n close..
So far i dont find much diff on the freshness of the beans near end of the month.
Only think i notice is by month end, grinding of the beans may need down 1 or 2 click more.. but taste wise, same same for me.. (Maybe my tongue not as sensitive LOL)

I always purchase freshly roasted light to medium roast level beans in 250g or sometimes 200g bags.

Peak flavor seems to be around roast date +7 to roast date +15 when brewing with V60.

After that, the definition of the fruity acidic profiles seem to fade rather quickly probably due to our hot weather here.

Of course, this may not apply to those who drink darker roasts.

Hi, have you considered the De’Longhi La Specialista EC9155.MB? I’m using the BioloMix and I’m thinking of upgrading the machine too.
