Hi,
How fair is it to infract for a rule that was just started in a thread, on a post that was made 3 months ago? You want to enforce after the rules and warnings are made, fair enough - but 3 months ago?
The "referral link" i was infracted for wasn't even for my own benefit, it's for CHARITY. Cannot help make the less fortunate's lives better is it? I don't even have an Amazon Affiliates account! Google instead of blindly infracting people first.
Additionally, if your mods cannot take the truth that their "implied" rules are not stated anywhere at all, please don't self impose them and expect member's to know that these rules exist. He claims that there's a "decade long" rule stating that referral links are not allowed and it's my fault for not knowing it. I'm only a mere 2007 member with knowledge of the rules that are written in two places, namely:

May I kindly ask where is it stated that there are no referral links allowed other than on that particular thread's title?
You infract me before for not following marketplace rules. Fair enough, the rules are stated here: http://forums.hardwarezone.com.sg/garage-sales-18/marketplace-forums-rules-regulations-1875295.html and I didn't notice them fair enough. The marketplace one states no MO and multiple threads, so obviously we cannot start MOs and multiple threads.
Now that I'm an avid rule follower, where does it say no referral links in the HWC rules or for that matter, the HWZ TOS?
Your moderator also infracted me 3 times in the course of 2 hours for questioning the infraction. So are member's not allowed to ask where a rule exists and where is it written? That's now defined as "stirring"? If the rule isn't written anywhere on the TOS or Forum Stickies but in only in someone's brains, it means I'm guilty? Sorry, but I don't possess the skill of mind reading - I wish I did though.

May I know how is the abv post "Inappropriate Language / Insulted Other (s)" and constitutes as "stirring"? I'm just stating the truth that there's apparently a decade long rule stated by your own moderators that seemingly isn't written anywhere and would like to know where is it written.
However, the moderator has avoided the questions and chose to issue unjustified infractions. Like I said earlier, I'm merely a normal member who wants to know where the rules are so I can follow them. Obviously, the rules that are stated and stickied don't specify anything about that and I'd like to know how would the infraction be justified.
Kindly look into this.
