Mid-Jan, @ $318 preorder. Pretty good for the price considering it got 960x540 AMOLED.

Too bad the PRCs on Taobao just have to ruin all their <$200 MTK6589X phones by adding cameras everywhere, otherwise I won't even bother with local handsets sigh.

The specs as seen on iNo's page is good. But there are 2 things that are not attractive:
No LTE and only 1 SIM slot supports 3G; brand new MTK chipset hints its stability when newly released.

For me, i love chocolates and big display.....
No Kit Kat, No 4.7" or bigger screen,
Not worth to upgrade my iNo One, YET.

Q5: Is the Android Operating System upgradeable to 4.4 (kit kat)?
A: iNO 2 comes pre-installed with Android 4.2.2 jellybean. We have no plans to upgrade it to kit kat in the near future.

Just bought the iNo 2 phone from J2 this evening. I would say its pretty good. Save $100 compared to F5 Non cam. Initially I wanted to get the F5 but seems like it's OOS islandwide until next week and I stumbled upon this phone. I needed a phone urgently so this was my only choice left after LG F5.

iNo was generous enough to provide 2 batteries. The battery is rated 1500mAh which seems little but hopefully it can last at least a day. It also comes with a screen protector in the box but the lady at J2 was kind enough to paste it for me so it's not in this picture.

Free case given. It's just those cheapo stick-on case but it's better than nothing :D

It definitely look better than what was shown at iNo website.

The back of the phone is glossy plastic like some brand out there :s22:

Don't the chrome side look extremely familiar? Samsung user would be happy with it as the back capacitive key is on the right and menu key is on the left(at least for me).

Amount of free ram after initial boot up. I'm surprised booting up takes around 10 sec or less.

Definitely a huge improvement over my G330.

In summary, for that price, it's pretty good given that it's using MTK6582 quad core CPU with mali400mp2@500mhz. I was able to play 1080p mp4 files from my sd card unlike my previous Huawei G330 which couldn't even play 720p and lags here and there. The phone is very thin and light at only 7.9mm. The screen isn't the best in the world after using Note 3 for quite some time but the colour is what I like as I like AMOLED's saturated colours. The only cons is the 960x540 resolution which seems a little pixelated given that it is using a AMOLED screen. The phone itself is very responsive. If you want something that's less expensive than the LG F5 but doesn't want the lag from other phones like G330 or other PHICOMM/iNO's phone then u might wanna consider this model.

P.S i'm not advertising for any shops or company. Just stating where I got it.

The 10 seconds boot up is because most Android phones only use a "Hibernate" approach when you power it down. If it has a "Restart Phone" option, pick that to see that it will take longer to do a boot.

it will be great if they provide 1 battery with 3000 mAh instead of 2 batteries with 1500 mAh each. so much of hassle to charge each battery and swapping them out. overall a good mid-range smartphone for non-cam camps.

Under settings, go to location settings and uncheck use wifi/mobile network

I have tried the method recommended by iNO. I still have the gps jumping around problem.
