iNo One Plus no 3G data connection

Hi guys..

I just bought this iNo one plus phone recently for camp use..
I only just found out I can't get a 3G data connection after turning off wifi..

Data connection is enabled. Mobile network under settings also enabled.
But still no signs of data connection.
2G is available though for calling and messaging.

Anyone out there has this problem before??
