Hi all,

Any got their toilet cabinets or basin from Inovo.com.sg previously?

They don't seems to have a physical shop and it seems that everything is placed using their online website.

And there's not much reviews,but but but the fittings are cheap haha

Thks in advance.

Bad experience with this INOVO brand for shower set and kitchen tap.
They don't have a showroom, you can order online only.

What I received had horrible finishing and scratches. I even went to their warehouse to look for an exchange and found the other items to have the same poor finishing. Also the color of the tap did not match the color of the shower set even though they are the same color type online.

And they don't do refunds! That of course is a red flag since you cant see the product before you buy. The no refunds thing is not mentioned in their FAQ but the FAQ refers to the T&C where it is buried in the text.
