Insensitive trolling in grieving thread allowed?

Hi admin and mods I came across this insensitive post about seeking treatment for flu in a thread to remember and grieve.

Such posts will undermine the importance of seeking treatment and cause confusion for readers who might choose to believe this post and refuse to seek proper treatment.

Are posts like these allowed?

It's worrying.

Admit to hospital got difference? My neighbor still die of flu of admitting. What can dr do?
