Secondary side diodes are all in parallel. The primary side is covered by the heatsinks, there is only one component connected to the heatsink. So this is likely an isolated flyback.
There was a flash on the secondary side and then everything went dead. Output measures a dead short in both directions. The computer and etc it was powering is fine. Dead diode perhaps? Can't be arsed to take out the soldering iron, if mine even has enough power to desolder this.
