Hi all,

I wish to install new OS on my PC. Specs >>>>>
There are 3 partitions.
C : main OS drive (FAT32) with programs.
D : data drive (FAT32)
E : data drive (FAT32)

Will the new OS recognise and allow me to install OS just on C drive?
Without affecting D and E?
I plan to change file structure of D and E to NTFS after successfully install new OS.

Your OS partition should be NTFS.

thanks....done....

finally im on Win 8.1!

Installation process bascially quite smooth n striaghtforward.
The only blip is when booted up initially using USB boot....the blue logo lasted about 6-7 min before things get moving.
even though I plug the USB at the back of the PC.

done using fresh install on my Main C drive OS drive.
everything on C drive wiped out n format w NTFS...
D and E drive wasn't affected at all.
(Im too lazy to do any back up)

First impression...every thing appears to be faster.
