Installing APK Files

Anyone has ever install APK file into their phone manually?
Do you place the APK file into your phone and then install? Or do you use a software to install the APK file into your phone?

How about apk files with obb data files?

I can't seem to open the app whenever the installation of apk files involve data files.

I always copy the entire apk and data files into (SD Card/Andriod/obb) but can't.

Any advise?

u installing game? if so.. install apk 1st. then transfer the data into obb. if cannot transfer, transfer to ur sd card, then move the data to ur obb.

What happen if I downloaded two zip file of which they contain the file with the same names? But when I download, it says game[part1].rar and game[part2].rar. Of which, game[part1].rar contain the data and apk file whereas game[part2].rar contains the data.

game which is big will split into many parts..
but once all d/l completely, when u unzip that time it will auto combine everything leaving u a game apk n a data. 2 items only.
i've never seen a 3rd item...

Thanks. I have tried to install apk first and transfer the data into the obb file but still, i can't seem to get the same to work.

Btw, I install and transfer the data into the sd card where I created a file under Sd\Andriod\obb. Not sure if that is the reason.
