Installing apps from unknown sources

I'm trying to install Sygic on my S4 but not allowed to do so. Because I can't tick this option. Any methods to enable this?

Just called Starhub & solved the problem.

When I set up my company's email account, it somehow disabled the option. So I can't check this box. Had to delete the email account & recreate.
