I have to agree on the support part. Recently i seek support because i cannot enable biometrics log in. The feature wasn't in my profile settings from the start. After back and forth, their reply was your phone not supported nothing got to do with amaze app.. really tell me llst.

I wasn't even having problems with any biometrics on my phone or with other apps with biometrics.. its a bit of a security flaw if I am unable to secure my account using biometrics.. its quite a basic security feature. Quite unreliable sia. No wonder got security breach.

Why use amaze to top up grab? Use UOB absolute AMEX or Amex true cashback card.

I read somewhere that Amaze card exchange is lousy during weekend (1% surcharge?)

is this true? I cant seems to find the details....I can only see the surchange for transfer of $ during weekend but not using it as credit card overseas..
