If I use amaze linked with Maybank f&f in Malaysia and do I still get the 8% rebate if it is not in one of the 4 categories spent? Will it automatically be put in Malaysia spent category since the exchange rate is made with amaze?

no, Amaze converts to sgd spend, so need to be under one of the 5 selected categories to get 8%. The 6th MYR category, cannot be via Amaze, incur 3.25% fx fee.

yes you can. they just need any CC to hold the amount.
you may use cash or different card to be charged after you check out

Should be possible, but best to email them to confirm or ask if they can change on their end.

sadly, that isnt possible. they said once the email is updated, it will no longer be associated with Apple ID. usual email login needs OTP from mobile number right?
