Hi there. Seeking advice for a GE plan that i have.

The plan is Essential Protector Plus Plan C with a coverage of 200k.
Recently i suffered a finger fracture and the plan states that for fractures, they will pay benefits up to the sum insured (as stated in the table of compensation).
In the table of compensation it states 2.4% of sum assured.
In table of coverage it states fracture under plan C is 8k.

so what kind of compensation am i expected to receive? 2.4% of 200k or 2.4% of 8k? Kinda confused. Can any kind soul advise pls? Thanks.

Call up GE or your agent lah. You think we have the details of your coverage ?

when in doubt, always is the lesser la for insurance

Already fractured right? So whether 2.4% of 200k or 2.4% of 8k also must lodge claim after which you will know the outcome. Cannot be 2.4% of 8k then you don't lodge claim?
