Unless u have camera to record, otherwise the other party can deny.

Can't claim, but if you have evidence, you can sue that fella. Happened to my friend before, an axxhole try to snatch parking lot from him, kena scolded by him like mad, then that guy drive off and parked beside him and banged his driver door, all recorded down by DVR. That drive llst need to pay for damages plus court/ lawyer fee and nearly gotten classified as road rage which could get his license suspended.

I got 2 minor dents on rear doors and 1 on my rear fender.

Got one is my paint etched off. Should be the blardy lady merc driver next to me at AMK Blk 226 CP there. So many lots she got to come next to me and alight her passenger with wheel chair.

Just took touch up paint and paint.

My advice is, some people have too much money and don't care for their own cars or others.

Live with it. My friend's nice black civic (super shiny & smooth kind) the handles all kena doors whack until paint come off. LLST one.

If you are careful, why should premium go up?

I had been careful, no claim till now but why premium never goes down even when my NCD been up to the max and getting older?

I believe your that story you mentioned is with proof, otherwise a claim can not be possible
Scratch can polish off easy, but paint chipping off and dent is another story.
The real story is the claim never went through just made my friend going through the hassle as cheapo driver try pull a fast one to obtain a fresh paint on other expense.

Seriously, 99% SG cars most likely kanne a dent or scratch.
If you want the ride to be perfect, do not drive else do not park anywhere else.

Welcome to SG.
cheers

if this is a way to teach others to be civic-minded, why not? i'm inclined to think that the majority of people who causes such door dents are not just plain careless, but have no consideration for other people's property.

Nice.
Just wonder do the insurance company allow any to claim for being 'inconsiderate'?
Guess all insurance companies will close shop soon for such claim.

Won't close shop, they will simply raise premiums. :o
