Intel i5 4460 motherboard replacement

Hi,

Is there any shop or distributor selling motherboard compatible for i5 4460 2nd hand is alright prefer to have some warranty,

Pc does not power up when turn on have checked power supply is working well.

There are still 1150 boards still being sold in SLS and online shops but only the entry models.

not advisable to change motherboard cos who know when it will spoilt again

furthermore you need to pay money buy new OS since it is tied to the motherboard

I also have a 4460, which board and cpu will you recommend for upgrade?

I’m running a 1070, and does mainly gaming and some programming. Thanks!

you can get 2200g for $100 and spend another $70 on motherboard will get same performance as your i5

then sell away your i5 to kum gongs while you still can. I upgraded to ryzen by selling away sandy bridge parts, spending less than $200. ddr3 ram were sold at same price as new ddr4

Ok thanks all, will look into upgrade option and decide is ryzen stable currently?

if it is working set and reasonable price why not?

I am still using leh. simple usage whatever bridge also can jalan.

edit: oops mine is Haswell but I think still the same lah
