My i7-7700k stock using cryorig H5 universal heatsink load temperature when using prime95 is 84°C degree in hwmonitor and 71°C in asus ai suite 3.Is it normal?

84c sounds low for p95 lol
perhaps try asus realbench or x264 for stability testing?

not tried ai suite, but i'm guessing it is referring to cpu socket temp on the motherboard (which mine usually shows abt 10c lower at load)
if at idle, ai suite shows 10c higher temp than hwmonitor - then i could be right...

How do i know if my heatsink is not mounted properly or my thermal paste never apply properly?

try other stress test, dun think p95 suitable for skylake & kabylake at default settings...
