Intel international warranty

Looking to buy a 8700k.
Saw in lazada selling 479, but it shows as international 3 years warranty by Intel.

What is the difference between the above warranty and those that mention local warranty 3 years?

If need to rma, where do I send it to?

Oh so it doesn't matter whether it is local or international warranty as claimed by the different sellers as since the rma process is same for both? So still have to send overseas?

It will still direct you to Penang regardless when you call the sg hotline. The closest depot is there. FedEx will come to you.
