Intel RAID causing not able to boot up either another disk or bootable USB

Desktop is a HP Envy 810-493d, configured with a SSD as OS disk and 2 Seagate configured RAID 0.

Last week, my desktop was getting lagging and some applications were becoming no response time over time. Finally, the computer failed to boot into OS and stuck in infinite loading showing HP logo.

After tedious troubleshooting, I successfully booted my computer into OS by disable the RAID hard disks in BIOS (ONLY DISABLE the SATA port, leaving the SATA simulation same as before which was RAID option). The tricky thing was that the RAID status was showing normal in Intel RAID BIOS manager which is ember in system BIOS, and showing normal status in Windows Intel Rapid Storage Technology Manager as well. Once I enabled the RAID hard disks in BIOS, my computer cannot load OS, even I tried to boot from bootable USB thumb driver. The only thing I can do to boot into OS is disable RAID hard disk.

Any help can reach me to resolve this problem, I need to retrieve the data on the RAID, and I am happy to provide more details if you want.

In the past place, you should not change from RAID back to SATA.
Cuz for raid disk usually there is RAID array, if it is erase
than it will be very hard to retrieve back the data.

So try to turn it back on, inside the RAID tool check whether
is the array still there or not.
Are all three disk on RAID 0?

If the OS on SSD cannot load than somehow you have reinstall
the OS.
Or use a bootable OS to see whether you can retrieve the data.

Like Bitdefender rescue but I doubt have support for RAID disk.
Try the first step but I think you might have deleted/corrupted
the array when you turn it off.

TY techidiot, my computer is working after reinstalled OS. and the one thing I am about to do is how to retrieve data from RAID disks, or how to make RAID working in windows since its status in BIOS is normal.

Try enable the raid first, under the raid tool ensure that the raid array is detected.
See whether you can retrieve the files.
As usually if change the SATA mode for Raid disk, the raid array will be either rebuild/cleared.
