Totally not conventional, totally unrealistic power draw, and 5ghz seems good, but not polar bear friendly.
Looks like AMD TR2 FTW.
Efficiency is thrown out of the window with this setup when you need to have a fridge to cool the power hungry CPU. As a one off to show off the overclocking potential, this is probably OK. For day to day usage, it's completely impractical.
