- 240GB SSD
- Casing + 500w PSU

Or

- GTX 660 2GB or GTX750 Ti 2GB
- 16GB RAM
- 240GB SSD
- Casing + 500w PSU

ryzen 2k is the same price as v2 xeons, and 3k will drop in price soon. i say this as an owner of a xeon pc

A Xeon v3 or v4 can still be a decent deal if the price is right.
Xeon v2 or older, nah.
