MacBook Pro (15-inch, Mid 2010)
- NVIDIA GeForce GT 330M
- Intel(R) Core(TM) i7 CPU | M 620 @ 2.67GHz 2.66GHz
- Windows 7 Professional Home 64bit

Question
1) How can i upgrade my MBP to keep it fast and no issues playing high end games like Overwatch?
2) Is it worth the upgrade, considering the cost or the technical performance after upgrade?

Thank you!

Overwatch is not a high end game, that being said, the answer to your question:

1:No

2:Still no

Btw when was a Mac book ever deem as "worth the price"

Game on Windows PC with a decent graphics card, now is the best time to get one as most laptop comes with desktop class graphic card already, you can consider MSI GS series notebook if you want something light and powerfull, GE series for value for money performance

Overwatch only for Windows.
And 2010 Macbook Pro is considered obsolete.
Waiting for my 2011 Macbook Pro to become an antic this year.
But still going strong for video editing. :) Worth the buy and investment for 6 years.

You could use the EGPU for your 2010 macbook pro on MacOS or Windows.

However due to the age of the system, it's not worth to buy the THUNDERBOLT External GPU Enclosures + Graphic card.

for Nvidia cards, it is best to use GTX900's cards as there are still not Nvidia Web Driver updates for GTX1000's cards

sooner or later you still have to replace your macbook pro .

Hi, is it worth to replace the LCD screen and keyboard for my MBP 15"(2010 model) and upgrade my hard disk. This model is so long and how long can it last.
