yes, StarHub very slow for the past hour. Websites also cannot load or load very slowly.

My issue resolved after changing DNS to Google in my router. Temp workaround!

It already happened to me at around 10am this morning. Called them but they made me troubleshoot and insisted nothing was wrong at their end. Eventually, they decided to arrange for a technician to come over, but only tomorrow noo

They should count themselves lucky this didn't happen just over the weekend, which saw the first matches of the new EPL season being played. Would have garnered more media attention.

Even now, as we speak, I am still sucking it up and using my own mobile phone data to watch YouTube etc.

Will they cough up some form of compensation or consideration? I am certainly not holding my breath.

M1 broadband also recently a lot of difficulty loading webpages. Looks like DNS issue.
