I have already experienced outtage as early as 10am this morning. But they made me troubleshoot (when I told them already did), and insisted there was nothing wrong at their end.

Typical way of how big corporations try to suppress protests, to save their reputation.

If their call center is not even in sg, don't expect them to know what is happening over in sg.

I raised a ticket some time back. Of no help at all. Maybe too technical for these people. End up I solve the problem myself.
